The stone house is located in an enclosed area of 2000m2 and is completely surrounded by olive groves, thus creating a feeling of complete intimacy, privacy, and safety. The house has a private entrance, parking, garage, outdoor fireplace, outdoor shower with hot water, and swimming pool overlooking the nearby Adriatic sea.
The house's (90m2) interior is fully furnished and clean. It has two rooms, one with a king-size bed, and the other with two one-person beds, and two cooling fans. The living room - which also has a wood stove - is pleasant for socializing and is connected to a small kitchen equipped with a gas stove, cooking utensils, and refrigerator. In the living room, there is a sofa, table, four chairs, and new AC. From the living room, you go directly to a large terrace overlooking the sea and olive groves. About 1,5 km from the house road transitions from paved to narrow macadam road. It is advisable not to come with low vehicles to avoid potential damage. it would be great if you have or rent a higher/smaller car that can be easily navigated on road.
