Travel Purpose: business

Positive: We stayed at Stara Šola Kaval and had a really pleasant experience. The hosts were very responsive and friendly. The rooms are new (opened in September 2025), nicely furnished, clean, and comfortable. Parking is available right next to the building, which is convenient. We also enjoyed a good dinner at Bistro Kaval and a tasty breakfast in the morning. The location is peaceful, only a 5-minute drive from Novo Mesto, near are Gorjanci hills. Overall, a great stay and good value for money.
