Positive: Staying in a floating house has been on our bucket list for a while, and we're so glad we finally got to experience it. This was our first time, and it definitely won't be our last! The whole process, from booking to check-out, was seamless. Communication with Alex was fantastic. Quick, clear, and very helpful. Before we arrived, we gave him our vehicle's license plate number, which made getting into the marina incredibly easy. The gate opened automatically for us, so there was no need to stop or talk to anyone. Once inside, we were met by Martin and Sandra. They were incredibly welcoming and led us directly to the property. They gave us a quick tour and answered all our questions, which was really helpful. Plus, there was plenty of parking right by the house, so we never had to worry about our car. The floating house itself was absolutely perfect for our family of four. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We had such a great time and made some wonderful memories. We can't wait to come back and stay again in the near future!

Negative: Nothing really but during check in, we were given the wrong Wi-Fi password but it was quickly resolved when I mentioned it to Alex.
