Vinišće is located about 15 minutes by car from Marina and about 20 minutes from Trogir, and 30 minutes from Split airport.
The house is located in a beautiful and quiet bay about 50 m from the sea.
The first floor consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower and toilet and another guest toilet. Two of the bedrooms have double beds (180x200), the third bedroom has two single beds (90x180). Direct access to the pool via a terrace from one of the bedrooms.
The second floor has an open plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, spacious dining area, living room with TV and direct access to the terrace. On the terrace you have a lovely view of the bay, and there is a dining area and a smaller seating area.
From the second floor you reach the roof terrace, where there is a lounge area and another dining area.
Inside the village, about 10 minutes walking distance from the house, there are many nice restaurants. There are also several grocery stores, fruit and vegetable shops and fresh bread to buy. In the village there is also the possibility to rent bicycles, SUP, etc take a day trip by boat in the archipelago or the possibility to rent your own boat.
The pool area has a heated 12x4 m pool with sun loungers and parasols, outdoor shower with fresh water.
You can take a lovely salt bath in the sea about 50 meters from the house, on our own pier. Parking space available.
