The house consists of two separate living units, each with 2 bedrooms, living room, bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The units are connected with external stairs. From the terrace in front of the house there is a beautiful view of cultivated fields and meadows and the surrounding hills with vineyards and vineyard cottages. Behind the house is your own organic garden, where you can gather seasonal vegetables, berries and fruits for your daily needs. In the garden there is a separate log cabin with a summer kitchen and a brick barbecue and a dining area, as well as a sauna and a relax zone. In addition, there is a covered parking space for two cars. On the other side of the garden there is a place for summer enjoyment: lazing under the sun accompanied by birds singing, refreshments in the private pool, various games for children to play here…. and two trekking bikes. You can walk through the surrounding fields and forests, there is excellent fishing, hunting, the warmest Slovenian river - in summer the water reaches 28 degrees and is extremely clean and thus suitable for swimming and various water sports. The location is a renowned wine-growing area, so you can enjoy excellent wine tasting in the homesteads, accompanied by authentic local culinary delicacies. At a distance of 32 km there is a thermal spa with indoor and outdoor pools with thermal water, a special children\'s section with pools, a wellness center and a medical center. In winter, pleasant family skiing is possible in the 24 km ski area.
