Casa Knauer.... Our Luxury fully air conditioned stone villa set in an idyllic village location with sea and sunset views. The house has two beautifully furnished bedrooms and a separate annexe with a mezzanine bedroom. Including new bunk beds & annexe sofa bed we can sleep a maximum of 6 adults & a few children. A brand new contemporary Italian kitchen & coffee machine. Outside there is a large terrace/entertaining area with barbeque and private 10m pool. Enjoy the enchanting sea views, sunset and countryside from the terrace off the master suite. The property boasts three modern well equipped shower rooms. This private stone house is located just 2 minutes drive from the sea with local amenities such as go-karting, Water park, professional tennis courts (Croatian ATP is held here every year) and Park Umag, which has been awarded one of the best in Europe less than 5 minutes away, water park... the list goes on.

is fantastic... fresh fish, grill, pizza oven and even live music !

Summary: We were 6 adults and 2 Toddlers. The house was clean and well equipped. Pool and garden were very nice. It should be considered though, that there's only one big bedroom. The other is too small to put in a baby bed for example. The separate accomodation is nicely layed out. However sleeping under the roof got quite stuffy and hot and was hard to regulate with the AC. All in all we were very happy thought.
