Villa Danica is newly built modern vila of exceptional comfort situated on the edge of village Belavici, on the southeast part of the Istrian coast, only 6 km from the sea and 25 km from the biggest town - Pula. Surrounded by woods, on the fenced property of 1800 sqm, Villa offers to the guests outdoor pool of 52 sqm, large sundeck with sunloungers and parasol, as well as the barbecue and outdoor dining table with chairs, and 4 parking spaces. Villa Danica extends on two, completely airconditioned floors, with capacity for 10 persons and in total of 245 sqm. On the groundfloor there is modern, and fully equipped kitchen with dining area facing the pool, living room with sofa and SAT TV and exit to the pool, one double bed bedroom with an exit to the pool and private shower/WC, one double bed bedroom and private bath/WC, and one separate shower/WC in the hall. Summary: Our week was great. The villa is well equipped. The garden is big for kids to play. The swimming pool is great. Nice staff. Supermarkets are at 25 min away. Tiny detail: Be careful with the stairs of the swimming pool. They can hurt.
