Positive: The prices are cheap and the check-in time is fast.

Negative: If the check-in time is 7:00 AM, I believe the property should not accept guests the day before and should have everything cleaned and ready by that time. I chose this property because I liked the early check-in time, but when I arrived at 8:00 AM, other guests were already sleeping in my room. Forty minutes later, I received a message from the host saying the property was ready. Naturally, the cleaning wasn't done properly, so I spent 40 minutes cleaning the room and bathroom with my own wet wipes. Even the most affordable accommodations should adhere to basic standards.
