Positive: The hotel is modern and well equipped. The rooms are clean and the beach is certainly an highlight. Perfectly located close to downtown but away from the crowd. Good restaurant selection

Negative: The Breakfast was disappointing. The overall quality was just decent. Unfortunately the staff at the breakfast reception was unfriendly and not helpful which is very strange in a 5 stars property in Dubai hence almost unforgivable.

Summary: Nice hotel but needs improvements
