Summary: The main issue with this property is the noise from the bar next door which you share a wall with. I did email the property before arrival to ask them about the issues with the noise and was assured this would be fine. The first night was a major football game, so the noise went on into extra time - in the breaks the music was turned up so loud we could feel the bass in the rooms. We were travelling with a toddler, so switched rooms so our daughter was further away however this meant we couldn't get to sleep until the bar was well and truly closed. I did text the lady from reception who did ask the bar to turn it down. they did this but obviosly the people in the bar didn't care and carried on being loud until they went home. The next day i complained and was assured it would be quiet. It was ok until 10pm when the music was turned up really loud again. The following day i complained again and assured it would be quiet - which it was until we got to the following night when i took it upon myself to message the bar itself to complain when it didn't close at its supposed closing time and continued playing music til one in the morning. The owner of the bar is the same as the owner of the property you are staying in. they need to decide who they want to prioritise - their bar or their accomodation as the two are not compatible. I feel sorry for the lady on reception who was left to field complaints with little abilty to control the bar. She seemed genuinely sorry for us.
