Positive: The beach is a few minutes away yet the apartment is far enough to be nice and quiet. It was easy to find and the host is amazing. An extra, if you like dogs and "entertainment" was a husky in the neighborhood who sang the song of his people any time an emergency vehicle would pass. Additionally, you can easily visit Split with the bus station right around the corner at 30min intervals so you don't have to worry about finding parking spaces in the city. There are shops nearby and several big supermarket chains along the way if you're arriving from the direction of Split. The apartment itself has pretty much anything you can think off and would need.
