The house offers all the amenities you would expect from a true masterpiece, from the large heated outdoor pool to the private tennis court. The house is located in southern Istria in the small village of Jurii, just a 30-minute drive from the Adriatic Sea, the old town of Rovinj or the city centre of Pula. Surrounded by beautiful, unspoilt nature, this exquisite house is located in the heart of a 22,000 m2 plot surrounded by a stone wall and has an access gate that offers comfort and privacy. The property's garden is laid out in a Mediterranean style with ornamental plants such as lavender, rosemary, oleander and olive trees. The entrance opens onto a spacious living room, a kitchen and a dining room that comprehensively connect the house with the outside area. When open, the dining room extends to the covered lounge seating area in front of the outdoor barbecue, which is ideal for barbecues. A large fridge and wine cooler are just a few steps away. The living area extends outside onto a sun terrace with 10 loungers, a shaded area and a heated outdoor shower. A saltwater pool offers massages for relaxing wellness moments.
