Summary: The room was very clean. The staff was polite and kind. They are fluent in English as well. There is a laundry machine on grounds. There are a lot of shops, nail salons, nearby. The city center where the tours happen is one bus ride away and the stop is across the street from the entrance of the resort. It's a camp grounds so bring bug spray. I washed clothes at 1AM and ended up with a lot of mosquito bites. I felt very safe here. It's peaceful and calm. Lots of good energy here.
