Positive: The location is very exclusive, the hosts extremely kind and helpful, the house is very well furnished, they have thought of every little detail (there was salt, oil, vinegar, coffee, sugar in the kitchen, which almost never happens, so you don't have to wake up and go straight to town to shop for basics). The view is spectacular, the house was very clean, all in all, perfect accommodation for our holidays.
