Travel Purpose: business
Positive: The owner was extremely kind and helpful and allowed us to check in earlier than planned. The apartment was ready several hours in advance, which was especially appreciated because there were four of us and we had a 12-hour journey. This meant we could go straight to the apartment after arriving. We were also able to park our car in the garage, which is a huge advantage and quite exceptional, especially in this area. The owner sent us all the instructions via WhatsApp, and the communication, including the instructions regarding the keys, was excellent. We did not have to wait for anyone — we simply unlocked the apartment ourselves. The apartment was clean, tidy and smelled fresh. Since we were staying in a way that allowed us to prepare our own meals, we really appreciated the fully equipped kitchen. It had everything we needed, including a toaster and coffee machine, as well as a dishwasher, pans and all the necessary kitchen utensils. Dishwasher tablets and dishwashing liquid were also provided, which was a nice touch. :D The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. I didn't have a single night where I slept badly. The air conditioning was also excellent and powerful, so the apartment cooled down very quickly. The beach is literally a one-minute walk away. If we forgot something, we could simply walk back to the apartment in no time. There is also a small shop right downstairs in case you need anything. It is a little more expensive, but that is understandable considering its location right next to the beach. In terms of comfort, I would definitely give this accommodation 10/10. For larger grocery shopping, we went to Lidl and Kaufland in Pula, which were only a few minutes away by car. The beach is clean and offers activities such as paddleboarding and pedal boats with slides, which we also enjoyed. There are free showers and toilets available as well, making this place perfect for a relaxing holiday.
Negative: As for the only minor things we noticed, the hob could be a little more powerful, as it took us slightly longer to cook meat in a pan. Also, the coffee capsules provided did not fit our coffee machine, so we simply bought some suitable ones ourselves. These are really just very minor details and definitely did not affect the quality of our stay or our overall holiday experience.
Summary: We’d definitely come back. Highly recommended!
