Positive: Greta location and felt like home!

Negative: You need to have some way to call the host when you arrive or ask ahead how to enter the apartment. We stood outside ringing the bell with no answer and no replies to my booking dot com messages that we had arrived at the time that I had told we would arrive and no one was there to greet us. My local eSIM only had data and no calling option so I had to remember that I could try a WhatsApp call to reach the owner since that was not a real phone call. He answered and then arrived five minutes later to let us in. Hopefully he will improve at answering all booking dot com messages or have a better system for arrivals. Or at least tell customers before arrival the procedures or be at the property before customers arrive.
