This rare and authentic property features a private pool, large terrace, grill and private parking and a house that can accommodate up to 8 people and it consists of a living room, 3 bedrooms, kitchen and a bathroom. There are no other houses around and you have complete privacy. Sea is just across the road, on a 10 meters distance.

The house and the terrace (120 m2) has it's own entrance, an outer gate that can be shut. On the spacious terrace there is a large round table and chairs, ideal for dining or having a few drinks. Next to it you have a pool and deckchairs. There are also deckchair covers available. On the other side of the terrace you will find a small "summer kitchen" that has a fireplace where you can grill (BBQ). There is also a bathroom and a shower next to the terrace.
Inside the modestly decorated house you have 3 bedrooms total. Each bedroom can accommodate 2 persons. Two bedrooms have a bed for 2 persons, and the third bedroom has 2 single beds. In the living room there is a sofa-bed (a pull out) for 2 persons. You also have an equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Inside the house you have 3 portable "air conditioners". It's a cooling system, fan-like, but on cold water / ice. Washer is not inside the property, but we pick up the clothes for you and take it it to the washer (organized service).
Above the house, on the upper area of the estate there is a loving and quiet dog Rex (German shepherd) and two small kittens who get along great.
It's up to you how much interactions you will have with them. Our guests end up loving them.
This is one of the rare properties in Croatia where you have ultimate privacy.
Town of Trogir is just 10 minutes away with a car. Split is 30 minutes away with a car. Closest market "Tommy", cafes and restaurants are on a 5 minute distance with a car.
This property is rented only as a complete unit so your group / family will have private access to all inner and outer spaces of the property.
There is free parking on the premises for up to 5 cars.
The sea is just across the road, in front of the estate. Less than a 10 meters distance.
Upon request, we can prepare traditional meals for you at the fireplace. There are also homemade liqueurs, wine and olive oil available.
We know, plans can change. We aim to be flexible. If you cancel, despite the default cancellation policy, we give a 50% refund, with the possibility of a higher refund or a voucher for future use.
Arrival (check-in) and departure (check-out) in July and August should typically be on the weekends. If you have a different arrangement in mind, message us before to check, we are flexible!
