-sea view terrace (ca 40m2),
-2 bedrooms, big living room , bathroom with toilet, indoor/outdoor kitchen, barbecue
-garden with olive, lemon, fig, vine. grape trees....

Basically, enough for a family to have decent comfort during the holidays in a very natural environment. House is far away from fancy or glamorous. It is pretty old and simple furnished, but has enough for temporarily vacation period (not for snobby people at all).

House is located just up from the Rogac harbor, as written-it takes 4 min to walk down to the sea shore, there are plenty of opportunities for enjoying this incredible and curative climate/nature.

There are few restaurants and café bars in the harbor, fuel station and newspapers/tobacco/ice cream shop. Evening walks are very pleasant by the sea, It is quite relaxing place for holidays, even though there can be some cultural happenings during summer involved as concerts, exhibitions, "fisherman nights"(something like local parties -fiestas) in combination with for example daily event called "Potezanje Mrduje", even some little sports tournaments in soccer or basketball.

House is recommendable for more quiet and easy going guests, families with kids or babies, older people as well.... no partying involved - community is really quiet consisting of holiday makers in search for leisure and tranquility.

I make effort in order to make my guests feel really comfortable and get the best out of their holidays. I make decent local food in traditional ways when on site. I do use natural ingredients and try to provide fresh caught fish, octopus or other seafood.

Once here, people normally like it much and become just relaxed after few days of swimming and sleeping good!!

Summary: We spent a very nice and relaxing holiday at Ivan's apartment. Contact with him was very pleasant and quick. Ivan organized all very well as he couldn't be around because of Corona: His friend cought us from port and showed us the apartment and his neighbor handed over the keys. It was all very simple and friendly. We enjoyed our holiday at Rogac very much as the apartment is perfectly located next to different bathing spots where you can jump into crystal clear water. There are two cozy restaurants and a small bakery 5 min away in Rogac, and 10 min up the hill in Grohote you will find two small supermarkets. We liked to have lots of space at the apartment, e.g. at the porch, and few people around. Also we liked that you could reach everything you need for daily life (food and beach ;)) by foot or visit the villages around by bike. All in all it was a perfect Corona holiday for us - we are happy to have traveled here. Thanks Ivan for having us!
