The two-storey holiday home, built in 2015, is located in the popular resort of Dramlj, which has merged with Crikvenica. It is close to the manageable center of Dramalj. In front of the first bedroom there is a beautiful, covered balcony, which is furnished with a table and garden chairs. On the ground floor in front of the living room there is a covered terrace with garden furniture . The house also has a private pool in the yard where you can enjoy your free time. There are two parking spaces at the house.

The centre of Dramalj is very small, but has a little grocery shop, a church and a restaurant, where you can have lunch.
