Positive: Lady and guy working here was so nice. Arrived at 2300 and they were able to help me with airport pick up for 25€ and help me check in. He carried mgbag the hold time and it was such an ease finding the driver who stood with a sign at the airport. Also he waited 45min due the flight delay and was still so friendly, welcoming and kind. It was snowing the next day and when i returned from my outing she literally brough fresh towels up for me! Pls stay here and support their cute lovely hotel!! - an american
