Positive: The view and location were spectacular. Breakfast was delicious. Staff was exceptional. Since we had a complaint regarding our room, the receptionist immediately upgraded our room to a suite!

Negative: The room we originally booked was overrun with ladybugs, however after a complaint, we got another room. Restaurant, although good, is pretty pricey (with a cover charge).
