Positive: We liked the room we've got which, apart for a couple of cobwebs, was extremely clean, almost spotless. The beds were comfortable and they had very clean sheets. The room size was absolutely adequate to our needs. The location was good, in a quiet neighborhood.

Negative: We only stayed one night and the night was cold. Because no one was in the room before us, the room was so cold when we arrived that we couldn't warm it up enough to be able to take a shower.
