Positive: Our stay at Holiday Village Home Kamenica was perfect. Duje and his family were the perfect hosts, providing local information, fruit, wine and snacks on our arrival. He is very responsive to any requests, but not at all intrusive and gave advance notice when coming to clean the pool. Stefan & Brigitte, the neighbours were so friendly and helpful, sharing their home grown fruit & even driving us to a traditional restaurant to be sure we could know the directions! The house is situated a beautiful little mountain village setting with unobstructed views, about 30 minutes drive from Omis. There is a bus service to Omis. However, a car would be recommended. The home is spotlessly clean, had everything needed for the kitchen, including condiments. 2 of the bedrooms are spacious and all rooms have black out shutters to block out the early morning sun. The pool is fabulous, lovely size, with the stunning views & can be lit up at night. Also separate kitchen and toilet by the pool is an excellent bonus for easy relaxing BBQ evenings! Supermarket & 3 cafe/bars are within 5 minutes walk, very reasonably priced and lovely food.

Negative: The washing machine was ineffective or I did not know how to use it properly. However, I did not ask for help with it and I'm sure the owner would have come to a solution if I had asked.
