Villa Gašparini is situated only 15-20 minutes drive from Poreč (18 km) and only 5 (minutes/km) from Višnjan. The highway is only 5 minutes away - so you can get to any part of Istria in less than an hour. Besides that, Villa Gašparini is in Cerion - typical peaceful istrian village, where you will be surrounded with greenery, fresh air and beauty.
The ground floor comprises of a living room with a fireplace, a smart TV and a double sofa bed. There is also a fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, coffee machine and a dining area, as well as small toilet so you don't have to go upstairs every time you need one. There are 2 bedrooms, one with double bed, 160 cm wide, and another bedroom which has 2 separate beds that are each 100 cm wide (they can be put together if necessary for a couple). There is also a safe in one of the bedrooms. The bathroom with a shower, bidet and washing machine is also upstairs, nest to the bedrooms. There is also fire/CO2 alarm and a fire distinguisher.
On more than 500 square meters there is your own vegetable and flower garden. For daily relax, long evening talks and fun or morning coffee drinking there is a big terrace and a little, more intimate patio. During clear and sunny days you will be able to find sunbathed part in the garden but also at the same time you won't be missing shade. A hot tub (with 3 seats and 2 lounges, 26 All-Active Hydrotherapy Jets and 8 Air Jets) will chill you out during hot summer months, or warm you up during spring and autumn period. Baredine cave Baredine cave is the first speleologic locality in Istria that is opened for tourism - it is a geomorphologic monument of nature. As an additional offer there you can also see an exhibition of antique Tractors called "Tractor Story". Badavca Badavca is a spring only a few kilometers from Višnjan, only 10 minutes walk from Villa Gašparini. In the past local inhabitants were using it for water supply. There is also a stone sundial and a monument written in glagoljica (glagoljica is an old croatian letter).
