This luxury family villa is located in a pine forest in the northern part of the island of Ciovo. It offers a wonderful view of the sea.
The site comprises 1000m² and the living space of the villa measures 400m². The luxury villa consists of three floors: the ground floor, the first and second floors. In total there are six bedrooms and two open sleeping galleries, with 16 beds, five bathrooms, a WC and therefore comfortable accommodation for up to 16 people. This luxury family villa is fully air conditioned. It is equipped with an LCD TV, a stereo system with a CD and DVD player and wireless Internet access. There are three kitchens, including a hob, oven, extractor fan, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, fridge with freezer compartment, juicer, mixer and toaster. The house is also equipped with an iron and ironing board, a safe and a washing machine. A cot and a highchair for toddlers can be provided on request.
The interior of the villa has been chosen tastefully. Spacious rooms reflect the modern style with designer furniture. The ground floor of the villa has a separate entrance. On this floor there are also two spacious bedrooms with double beds, sofas for relaxing and their own bathroom. The first floor is accessed via external stairs. This floor consists of a modern and fully-equipped kitchen, a dining area with a table and chairs, a living room with a comfortable sofa, modern furniture and the latest entertainment technology such as an LCD TV and a DVD player. The living room is separated from the generous balcony of around 17m² by a glass wall. There are also three bedrooms on this floor. One is the master bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom. The second bedroom also has a double bed. The third bedroom is furnished with two single beds. On this floor there is an additional bathroom with a shower. The double beds measure 160cm or 180cm wide and are 200cm long. The single beds measure 90 x 200cm.
The first and second floors are connected via outdoor stairs. There are two apartments on the second floor. Each apartment has a modern, fully-equipped kitchen, a dining area with a table and chairs, and a living room with modern furniture, comfortable sofas and excellent entertainment technology. Each apartment also has a bathroom with a shower, a bedroom with a double bed and an open gallery with two single beds. One apartment has a balcony of around 17m² with seating furniture, while the other apartment has a 24m² terrace where you can enjoy your morning coffee.
On the first floor you can find a large, roofed terrace of around 45m² with seating furniture and a unique view of the sea and the Kaštela Riviera. Apart from the beautiful, sunny and shaded terrace and balconies that this villa offers, the large outdoor pool of around 32m² is the centrepiece of the garden. The area around the pool is furnished with deckchairs and parasols. By the heated pool there is a further large terrace, a generous 72m², also with deckchairs, parasols and outdoor furniture, from which you can enjoy the beautiful view. An indispensable aspect of every household in Dalmatia is a kind of outdoor kitchen or a taverna with a barbecue, where you can prepare meals near the heating pool and spend sociable evenings dining, with a glass of wine. The villa is also surrounded by a pretty garden with Mediterranean plants. Winding paths with stone paving connect the individual areas with each other. On site you can find three parking spaces and two garage parking spaces. Six bicycles are available for use. The site is fenced. The villa was thoughtfully designed and decorated stylishly with attention to detail. Its location offers both sun and shade over the course of the day. Enjoy the advantages of the villa and the island during your stay. Near the villa, about 1000 metres away, there are hiking and cycle paths, where you can relax on a walk or cycle through the gardens and olive groves, exploring the magical island. There are shops less than a kilometre away. The owner does not live in the house, but takes care of the garden and pool.
