This detached, luxurious holiday house with a garden and its own pool, surrounded by olive trees, lies in a hilly part of the town. It is only 400 metres into the centre of this popular holiday town and it is 800 metres to the main beach in Makarska.
The house was built as recently as July 2014 and meets the highest standards. Its 80m² of living space provide modern residential comfort and can accommodate four people. Each of the two bedrooms has a double bed (160 cm wide). The two bathrooms have a shower, washbasin and WC. There is also a washing machine. The spacious living room comprises a sitting area with a big sofa and a flatscreen TV (satellite), a dining space with a beautiful wooden table and four chairs, and an adjoining kitchen, which is fully-equipped with all the necessary modern appliances. The side windows and the big sliding glass door allow plenty of daylight in and you can enjoy looking out over the pool. All the rooms in the house have air conditioning. Wireless Internet access is also available. A travel cot for a toddler can be provided on request.
The sliding door leads out directly onto the furnished terrace, with an adjoining 30m² pool. The pool can be heated in May and again in September (depending on the weather). To the rear of the pool there are four deckchairs, an outdoor shower and two parasols affixed to the wall. Next to the terrace door there is also a wooden seating arrangement with a table and two benches. The site is fenced and therefore suitable for families with small children. The shaded parking spaces are in the garden.
It is just 800 metres to the main beach in Makarska. Supermarkets, restaurants and all kinds of shops can be found in the nearby town centre. In the evenings tavernas along the seafront promenade await you.
