In the middle of the island of Krk, in the village of Garica, is this completely renovated romantic stone villa. The villa has retained the old charm but is furnished with modern and contemporary furniture. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a toilet. Upstairs there are four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Each room has its own air conditioning and TV.
In the garden of the villa is a 40 m² pool with waterfall. Next to the pool there is also a barbecue and a terrace with a table where you can enjoy the summer evening.
A shop with fresh ingredients is only 800 meters away and the beautiful sandy beach is 6 km from the villa.
Near Garica is the village of Vrbnik, one of the most famous wine regions in this part of Croatia, with excellent wines, restaurants and beautiful beaches. This villa is ideal to explore the whole island, which is rich in attractions, beaches, entertainment and historical monuments.
The island of Krk is the largest island on the Adriatic, and is full of attractions that will take your attention, only 5-15 minutes by car to all locations. Highway and airport are also nearby. Krk town has beautiful old churches, ancient city walls, towers and the remains of ancient Romans. The city of Vrbnik is known for its vineyards and excellent wines, Punat with the largest marina on the Adriatic and island Košljun with the famous Franciscan monastery with a museum. Baska has one of the largest sandy beaches and an aquarium, bay Soline with healthy mud and Biserujka cave. In all these places there are many restaurants where you can taste fresh fish, wine and other specialties. You can swim with dolphins, make a trip with fishing or tourist boats or even with a submarine (the city of Krk) .
