Positive: We had one amazing stay at this house. It is very nice, two floors, terrace and a very well maintained pool. Photos are accurate, it describe house situation very well. Host family was very responsive and helpful, the communication was very fast and clear. They came every other day in the morning to clean the pool. Beach is not very close, so we used car and there is parking available close to the beach, it was always quite simple Parking is on the property behind the gate, so cars are safe too. Each floor is one apartment, and there is one AC unit in each apartment. Everything is well furbished, bed sheets, towels, both kitchen has enough supplies. Both kitchen has dishwashers, and there is also washing machine for clothes. We had nothing that we missed on our stay

Negative: We had some confusion with owners regarding to improvised stay of our close family in need of place to stay. It was big problem for some members of host family, make sure to communicate this kind of things asap. Our situation got eventually resolved to the benefit of all of us. There is a security camera by the pool, it can make some people feel uncomfortable
