In addition to 2 bedrooms, spread over two floors, the villa has a sleeping gallery on the upper floor. One bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. The spacious living and dining room with a fully equipped kitchen is located on the ground floor and offers access to the terrace and swimming pool. A high chair and a cot are available, please reserve. Sunny beaches and coastal town Umag are just a five-minute drive from the property. In addition to many recreational activities, there are plenty of small restaurants, bars and cafés in Umag. The nearby Aquapark Istralandia offers pleasure for the whole family and also tennis fans come to themselves. The ATP Croatia open is held annually in the Stella Maris facility in Umag.
