On approximately 72 m² of living space, spread over two floors, you will find a bright living and dining area with an open kitchen, two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The terrace is 30 m² large, with a table, chairs for six people, sun loungers and a private grill, and offers direct access to the courtyard. Two secured parking spaces are available in front of the house. Pets are welcome upon request.
