Summary: Mein Mann und ich sind dieses Jahr das erste mal in Kroatien, das Land ist einfach traumhaft und auch die Wohnung ist für uns perfekt! Sie liegt schön zentral, sodass man alles gut erreichen kann. Bis nach Porec könnte man evtl. auch laufen, aber es würde sicherlich eine gute halbe bis dreiviertel Stunde dauern und das ganze mit Badetasche und Liegen, da haben wir dann doch das Auto bevorzugt ;) Die Vermieter sind wirklich sehr nett und sprechen aus deutsch. Uns ist der Rolladengurt leider gerissen, was aber weiterhin kein Problem war, denn die Vermieter wohnen direkt im Haus, ein kurzes Klingeln und schon wird einem geholfen. Insgesamt ist es eine sehr ruhige Gegendund genau das richtige zum entspannen! Der Balkon ist zudem noch perfekt ausgerichtet, morgens zum fühstücken hat man noch schön Schatten und zum Mittag hin und bis in den Abendstunden, kann man die Sonne genießen. Aber selbst wenn man keine Sonne möchte hat man die Möglichkeit eine Markise runter zu lassen und ist somit komplett im Schatten. Also wir können diese Wohnung wirklich nur weiterempfehlen!!! Aber ein Auto ist hier wirklich ein muss ;) Zur Sauberkeit, die Wohnung als solches ist neu und auch sehr sauber, das einzige Manko war der Wasserkocher und die Kaffeemaschine, die musste vor Ort erst einmal entkalkt werden, aber das war für uns jetzt kein Thema, ansonsten können wir uns wirklich nicht beschweren Zur Ausstattung, also an sich ist so gut wie alles da, uns fehlte nur ein Pfannenwender und die Pfanne hat leider auch keinen Deckel, deswegen die eine Sonne Abzug. Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Urlaub :)
