It has an amazing view of Trsat Castle, where it is located Our Lady of Trsat Sanctuary and the Church of St. John. St. Vitus Cathedral is only 50 meters from the apartment. The city centre is just around the corner, the industrial zone 10 driving minutes, the beach less than 5 driving minutes, Opatija only 12 km distant. Close to the port of Rijeka, the train station and just 24 km from the airport. The building was built in 1914 according to the project of famous architect Luigi Lupis in the style of late classicism. In the building is the elevator of the famous Austrian manufacturer Stigler and as such was renovated and repaired under conservatory protection to be identical to the original. This elevator is one of the six remaining secession lifts in Europe.
