The modern furnished holiday apartment is on the second floor of our residence in Icici with a stunningg view of Kvarner Bay. The house is 3 minutes from the beach and ACI marina in Icici.
In our garden you can enjoy a view of a palm trees, and our guests are free to use grill in our garden. Otside space is shared with other guests.
The Suite is luxuriously furnished in a minimalist style, with a total floor area of 140m2. It features three bedrooms, living room, kitchen, dining room, two bathrooms and a large hall balcony that has a view of the entire Kvarner. Capacity 6 + 2 persons. The master bedroom has 25 m2, double bed and a balcony overlooking the sea.
The second bedroom has a private bath ensuite called for guests staying here to have complete privacy and comfort. The bathroom has a large shower with massage stupom.U its 30m2 is situated on a double bed.
The third room has two single beds.
The living room is connected with kitchen and dining room has access to terasu.Living room ihas airconditioning and fireplace wood stove for the winter months.
The main bathroom has a Jacuzzi hydromassage bathtub.
The kitchen is fully equipped.
Beach is only 220 m from the house. Aci marina for the boats is also 250 m from the house. Supermarket is 200m from the house.
