6 Bedroom House in Kranjska Gora
Reservation of our house means that you have it all available, with unlimited use of wellness and garden (owners don´t live in it and are available via telephone or e-mail).
House is designed like an accomodation for a group of 3 families, of which each family has 2 bedrooms, each with 2 beds and own bathroom (or it can be used by any group of maximum 12 people). Together you use living room, dining room, kitchen and beside that wellness and outside garden. There are 4 parking spaces (with possibility of electric charge), in proximity there is free parking area.
House was fully renovated, for what we needed quite few years, as it is almost fully equiped and renovated with our own hands. We could say that staying in it is quite unique, with a touch of rustic alpine style.
House is located in peaceful area 500 m from centre of Kranjska Gora and 1 km from ski slopes, to which drives also ski bus (ski bus stop 300 m from house) and 300 m from beginning of trail for cross-country skiing.
In neighbourhood you find stores, restaurants and pubs, hair dresser…and many opportunities for many different sport or other activities.
For guests are available:
- in kitchen kitchen cloths, detergent and other accessories for washing dishes, tea, sugar
- in each bathroom toilet paper, cotton pads and handkerchieves
- in each bathroom and wellness towells, hair dryer, shower gel
- by demand, against payment, accessories for personal hygiene (like tooth brush, tooth paste…)
- bedclothes
- in each bedroom with matrimonial bed safe, laundry use
- telephone
- sewing accessories, accessories for cleaning shoes, umbrella, first aid kit and slippers
- by demand washing machine, dryer and ironing board with iron
- also many other things.
It´s not allowed to smoke in the house and pets are not allowed.
Accomodation
Groundfloor: In groundfloor there is kitchen with all basic (gas stove with 4 burners and glass-ceramic stove with 2 plates, refrigerator with freezer) and high standard accessories (wash disher, microwave oven, toaster, coffee machine (capsules against payment), water heater); dinning room with wine refrigerator, full of wines (against payment) and cutting machine; living room with fire place (firewood against payment), cabel TV, from living room there is also exit for garden; WC/urinal.
1. floor: In 1. floor there is on left side bedroom with matrimonial bed (170x200) and balcony, bedroom with bunk (bellow bed 120x200, upper bed 90x200), bathroom shower/WC and on right side, separated with door, bedroom with matrimonial bed (180x200), bedroom with separated beds (each 90x200) and bathroom shower/WC.
Attic: In attic there is matrimonial bed (180x200), bedroom with separated beds (90x200, 80x200) and bathroom shower/WC.
Basement: In basement there is wellness with room for resting that has exit on terrace, jacuzzi for 6 people, large finnish sauna, shower and WC; ski room where you can store your ski equipment, with ski shoes dryer.
Garden: In garden there is dining set and charcoal grill (charcoal against payment).
Outside storage: In outside storage you can park bicycles or any other sports equipment.
Minimal stay: 2 nights
Arrival: 4 - 8 p.m.
Departure: 10 - 11 a.m.
Price includes: rent with all the costs, bedclothes (guests can also request additional change of bedclothes against payment), towels (guests can also request additional change of towels against payment), final cleaning (guests can also request additional cleaning against payment).
Additional payment-obligatory:
- tourist tax: 2 EUR/person/night, children 7-18 let 1 EUR/person/night (no payment for younger children)
- bail: 150 EUR – bail must be paid at the arrival (cash or credit card) and is a guarantee that at the end of holidaying house and everything in it will be in the same state as at the arrival of guests and is returned at departure when this is fulfilled
Additional payment-on request of guests:
- wine (price: 10 EUR/bottle)
- every additional cleaning (price: 100 EUR/cleaning)
- every additonal change of bedclothes (price: 50 EUR/change)
- every additional set of bedclothes without change (price: 30 EUR/set)
- every additional set of towels (price: 30 EUR/set)
- laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board (price: 15 EUR/day).
