Positive: Clean and comfortable. A new building,so every thing is new.The furnishings let the place down ,they are on the cheap side.Lights from the traffic on the street shine in the bedroom windows at night. It's reasonable priced.OK for a night if you are passing through.

Negative: The towels are to small for adults.
