Positive: Very friendly. Lovely views from the balcony. Recling chairs were super comfortable. Bed was good. Owner was accommodating getting a plug in heater for bathroom.

Negative: Kitchen was dirty (cupboards and dishes). Surprised me with a dog fee at paying. Wanted cash payment. Was a little too expensive for off season compared to other places we stayed on the island.
