Summary: Schön angelegter Garten mit Früchten, (viele Stechmücken) Top Lage nur 100m zum Meer. Die Wohnung selber ist Grundsätzlich ok, aber inzwischen doch veraltet. Manches wurde zwar kosmetisch nachgebessert (gestrichen), aber man sieht das alter trotzdem an. Viele flecken durch zerquetschte Stechmücken. Schlechtschliessende Eingangstür, wodurch auch viele Mücken reinkommen. Auch sonstiges Interieur sehr alt und teilweise ohne Funktion (Kaffeemaschine). Besitzerin freundlich und zurückhaltend.
