Positive: Nice and quite location, next to the road but it's really quite with minimum traffic. House is part of several same houses so you get kind of "resort" feeling. Nicely equipped kitchen, along with oil/spices, and all equipment needed to make a proper meal. :) Generally it's nice new house, ideal for an escape from crowded areas. There was an issue with the hot tub in our house, so our checkin was delayed to evening, but hosts were great in communicating this. They also let us stay in "our" house until other one was cleaned, and offered us to stay an extra night for inconvenience, we couldn't use it, but it was great handling of a unfortunate situation.

Negative: Almost no cell service indoors, and very spotty service in front of the house, great for disconnecting, not great if you rely on your phone. :) House seems to be more directed to winter stays, I think it would benefit if there were few more outdoor seating options (e.g. 1-2 deck chairs would be really nice to soak in the nature). Windows don't have screens, so in summer nights you end up with either turning off lights and keeping them open, or lights on but windows closed. No toiletries (shampoos), not a must, but given the nightly price it's something we are kind of accustomed to.
