Villa Country Lady is a wonderfully renovated old stone house located in the small and quiet village of Kamenjari from where you can enjoy a beautiful panorama view of the sea and the nearby islands.
In the village itself there is only one inhabited house so it is an ideal place for a quiet family holiday. At about 5 km distance is the town of Brsec, where one of the 10 most beautiful beaches in Croatia is situated, there is also a nearest shop and a restaurant. At only 1.5 km further is the port Brestova, ideal for daily trips to Island Cres or Losinj.
Villa was built 1820 and renovated in 2017. On fenced grounds of 1000 sqm there is a pool of 32 sqm with sea water, covered terrace with barbecue and dining table for outdoor dining, 6 sun loungers and 2 parasols, children's playground for the youngest t next to the pool, and one more playground with badminton field, football goals and table tennis. There are three parking lots next to the house.

On the ground floor of the main house is a spacious „konoba“ with equipped kitchen and fireplace, large table with benches, a separate toilet. This part of the house has a separate entrance. On the first floor there is a beautiful baladur (typical small terrace at the entrance) with a seating area with sea view, fully equipped kitchen with dining table, living room with sitting set and fireplace, a bedroom with double bed and a shower/toilet in the hallway. On the second floor (attic) there is a bedroom with two single beds which can be joined together, a shower/toilet in the hallway and a bedroom with double bed and private bath /toilet.
In the small house by the pool, which has a separate entrance, there is another double room with a shower/toilet.
The holiday home has unique details that gives this house a special charm. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26or under.
