Summary: We were a family of 6 and found this property a delight. The apartment is spacious, modern and very clean ... even better than the pictures. The pool area is lovely and private with peach and plum trees overhanging the steps down to it. Visnja is very responsive and very welcoming, happy to offer help and suggestions but also very respectful of privacy. We had a car which was useful because the property is set back on a height about a 20 minute walk from the main waterfront where the beaches, shops and restaurants are. This would be a tough walk in the heat and it was fun to be able to visit Split Old Town, Trogir and some of the other surrounding Kastels which are a short drive away. The only downside I can think of is that there are plenty of mosquitoes in the area but Visnja was very kind in giving us some of her homemade repellent. Overall we had a very enjoyable week in a lovely property and if you don’t mind being a little bit away from the hustle and bustle we highly recommend this.
