The beautifully situated holiday home is located in a quiet residential cul-de-sac just ten minutes' walk or two minutes' drive from the main beach in Mimice, far away from mass tourism. modern holiday flat with balcony and shared pool in a quiet location and close to the beach, enjoy a fantastic sea view as soon as you get up, explore the natural beauty of the Croatian Riviera and discover the traditional cuisine
The balcony with a view of the sea invites you to linger over breakfast and socialise in the evening. The lovingly landscaped south-facing pool area has wonderful sunny and shady sunbathing areas and a barbecue area. A washing machine is available free of charge. A car park is also available. There is also a house with a pool next door, which can also be used if required.
The holiday flat is bright and modern and offers approx. 75m² of space for up to six people. Three cosy bedrooms offer all travellers enough space and privacy. The first bedroom has a king-size bed, the second has two single beds and the smaller third bedroom has a single bed.
