Holiday house Kata San Lorenzo is a beautiful traditional stone with private pool, 5 bedrooms, ideal for 10 people. It is located in a secluded location in the village of Zgrablići, just a few minutes drive from the town of Sveti Lovreč. In Sveti Lovreč there is a grocery store, post office, restaurant and ATM, while the nearest restaurant is located near the house. The sea is 8 km away (Lim channel), attractive beaches, tourist resorts and resorts on the west coast of Istria are at a distance of 15 km. You can miss the nearest beach in the vicinity of the town of Vrsar.
On the ground floor there is a spacious fully equipped kitchen with access to a covered terrace and a living room with a fireplace. On the first floor there are three double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (shower) and a balcony with a beautiful sea view. On the second floor there are two double bedrooms and each has its own bathroom.
