Close to the apartment are a large convenience store, pharmacy, children's park, public transport and within 3 km and 3 large shopping malls. No smoking.Entering the apartment is via code, keypad. The apartment is modernly furnished and spacious, providing guests with a comfortable stay. It is located on the first floor. It consists of one separate room, a large living room, a kitchen with dining room and a bathroom. Apartment is fully renovated in June 2024. Each part of the apartment is new and decorated in boutique sense to maximize comfort and luxury feel trough whole apartment It is suitable for families with children, couples, business travelers. One bedroom is with a large bed measuring 160x200 cm and a large wardrobe, while the second room is a combination of a study with a large folding corner sofa (140x200 cm sleeping place). A living room with lots of daylight, has a TV, a comfortable corner sofa for three people, where guests can relax and enjoy a rich TV program. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and everything guests need to cook meals, including oven, hob, fridge, coffee maker, kettle and dishwasher. There are capsules for the coffee machine, several types of teas and basic cooking condiments. Next to the kitchen, the dining room area consists of a table and 4 chairs. The bathroom includes a shower tub, a sink with available hand soap, toilet paper, towels, a washing machine and a hair dryer. Air conditioning, and wifi available. There is a non-paying parking space near the apartment.
The apartment is located in a residential building inhabited by mostly young families. Public transport is available in the form of trams (no. 7,14) and buses (all are available within a maximum of 2 minute walk). The city center is 30 minutes by tram (e.g. Ban Jelačić square), 30 minutes by bus (e.g. main train station - King Tomislav Square) or 10 minutes walk or 5 minutes by bus to a large shopping centers (Arena Centar and Avenue mall). Arena Zagreb (the largest sports hall in Croatia) is 20 minutes walk or 10 minutes by bus or tram.
The apartment is near all southern exits from the city or you can enjoy Zagreb's parks (Bundek and Jarun) and zoo (Maksimir), which is 35 minutes away by tram. In case you don't feel like cooking, there are multiple restaurants of different types of cuisines nearby.
