Holiday apartments renovated to a high standard, with a beautiful interior courtyard, in an absolutely quiet location near Omis, with the beach within walking distance
This family-run house with its five holiday apartments is in the little village of Nemira, where it is absolutely quiet. The apartments are so far from the main road that you can’t hear any traffic noise. Owing to the interior courtyard, you will not be disturbed by other tourists.
All the apartments have been renovated. The rooms in the individual apartments are not separated by doors, so form more of an open space. Therefore the one air conditioning unit (for use free of charge) installed in each apartment can cool all the rooms sufficiently. Free wireless Internet access is available throughout the site. Breakfast can be served on request at the konoba (supplementary charge).
Four of the five apartments are in the interior courtyard, which is planted with olive trees and grape vines and provides a variety of seating and a grill. It invites you to relax and enjoy sociable gatherings. It is for the use of all guests. Therefore the individual apartments do not have their own private outdoor areas, but right in front of the door there is outdoor seating. It is only the studio apartment that has a private balcony with a view of the Adriatic. Five cars can be parked in front of the main house.
It is 3km to the somewhat larger town of Omiš and 25km to Split. The beach is about 70 metres from the site. Many leisure activities are available in and around Nemira and Omiš, such as waterskiing, rafting, canyoning, sailing trips to the beautiful Croatian islands, sports fishing, mountain climbing, cycle tours (bicycle hire available), parasailing, tennis, golf, hiking etc. There is a local supermarket about 50 metres from the house, including bakery items. The nearest proper bakery is in Omiš.
This 40m² studio apartment is on the second floor of the main house. It is suitable for four people and has a double bed (160 x 200cm) and a sofa bed for two people. It also has a sofa with a table, storage space for your luggage, a little kitchen with a two-ring hob, fridge, kettle and necessary utensils, as well as a bathroom with a shower, hairdryer and WC. There is a TV with an Astra satellite receiver.
Your furnished balcony affords a fantastic view over the Adriatc and the island of Brač.
