The Chalet is just 30 min drive from the airport and is located in a hillside hamlet 620m above the Medieval town of Kamnik.
It has great views of the limestone peaks of the Kamniske Alps and is surrounded by beautiful Alpine countryside.
The traditional chalet-style accommodation comprises a large 1st floor bedroom with balcony sleeping four. The downstairs bedroom sleeps two. The living-room has a corner sofa and wood burner for those cosy evenings in. The galley-style kitchen is well equipped.
Outside is a large terrace with comfortable seating plus seating for alfresco dining. There is garden on all sides and a barbecue. The basement has laundry facilities and ample storage for skis, etc.
With compact but comfortable accommodation, the chalet is ideal as a tranquil all- year-round retreat to 'get away from it all', for a romantic break, Skiing holiday, or a central base within easy reach of all Slovenia's main attractions.

Summary: We had the most wonderful stay at the chalet! It had plenty of room for our family of four and we've never stayed anywhere so well supplied - it has absolutely everything you could possibly need for a fantastic holiday. Everything has been thought of. It was spotlessly clean and the welcome basket of fruit and wine was much appreciated. The outdoor space is perfect, with a long veranda for sitting out, eating and enjoying the views.Location wise, it's situated up in the hills and has stunning views. It's perfect if you like to get away from towns and have your own space and peace. However, Kamnik town is easily reached in 10 mins by car so it's easy to pick up shopping etc. We really liked Kamnik itself and it's a great base for exploring a lot of the country. You can see so much within an hours drive.Thank you for such a great holiday - we plan to return!
