Positive: Very nice apartment. For me the best place was garden wher you can enjoy sounds of birds. Whole aparment have very good equipment, comfortable beds. Apartment is located between other buildings, but the owner sends detailed instructions and photos on how to get there, so there is no problem finding the place. Very good contact with the owner at every stage of the booking process.
