Positive: Clean room, clean toilet, great location to access tourist attractions in Zagreb, located close to many great restaurants.

Negative: Tram go pass the front of the room entire night. It can be noisy at night when window is open. No free parking. Have to pay at nearby parking garage that cost Euro 13 a day. Driving to the parking garage is difficult because of narrow road into city center, exiting town is a lot easier.
