Villa Mediterranean Pearl was built in 2018 in a rustic style, has 135 m2 of living space, while the area of the entire property is as much as 3000 m2. Only 5 m from the villa there is a pebble city beach, while the nearest cafe and restaurant are 50 m away. The villa can accommodate a maximum of eight and optimally six people, and consists of a ground floor and upper floor.
The ground floor has a modern kitchen, dining room with eight seats, and a spacious living room that includes a corner sofa, coffee table, chest of drawers, and TV. On the ground floor, there is also one bedroom with a bathroom with a shower. Upstairs are two more bedrooms with en suite bathrooms with showers.
As additional content, you can use a washing machine, dryer, and iron, one separate toilet, and if you need an extra bed, there is also a corner sofa bed ideal for two people. If children come with you, a feeder and a baby cot are at your disposal.
On the outdoor terrace, you will be greeted by a heated pool of 32 m2 and a depth of 1.45 m. In the courtyard of the villa, there are three private parking spaces, and if you come with a boat, you can use a berth for a boat up to 8 meters.
