Positive: It might be the best location in the community. It's in the middle of everywhere. You need less than 1 minute to get to the beach, 3 minutes to cafes above the sea and around 6-7 minutes to shop and the bus stop, 2 minutes walking further is the supermarket. Ok, if you walk slowly it probably takes you 10 minutes to get to the supermarket. And it's the straight way. Almost all over the community it's up and down. It isn't terrible but when you are with bags, the straight way is an additional advantage. The apartment is really nice and neat. I had two rooms and there were stunning views of the sea from both sites. From the bedroom there's a huge terrasse with 2 chaise lounges with soft covers and a beach umbrella and a table with some chairs. And there's the best sunset view I've ever seen. From the living room you have a balcony with a view at the harbour. The furniture is in good condition. The kitchen has a good oven and full kitchen equipment and dishes. Even the blender. For people who prefer to cook by themselves ( like I ) it's really good to know. Who prefers to go out - it's just 5 minutes to the cafe. They all are in the same place along the sea.
