Positive: no complications on arrival and on leave. simple key exchange. Nice shaded garden place in the back yard for morning coffee and snacks. Air-con working nicely. Easy parking right next to the apartment.

Negative: In this location cell service is extremely weak (tested with two different providers), sometimes even dropping off entirely. Unfortunately WIFI provided by the host runs off of mobile network as well, and thus suffers from similar poor speeds and latency.
